1. Acceptance & Eligibility

To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. If you use the Services on behalf of a business or entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. API License & Usage Restrictions

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of all applicable subscription fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to access and use the TeraBox Downloader API to retrieve download links and metadata. You agree that you will not:

• Use the API in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Resell, distribute, rent, or lease access to the API keys or endpoints directly to third parties without prior written consent.
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent any rate limits, security protocols, or API authentication mechanisms.
• Generate abusive levels of traffic or perform denial-of-service attempts that disrupt the platform for other developers.
• Utilize the API to process, access, or download copyrighted content without authorization from the right holders. The user is solely responsible for compliance with copyright law.

3. Account Registration & Security

To obtain API credentials, you must create a developer account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API key, API secret, and account credentials. Any activities that occur under your account or API credentials are deemed your responsibility. If you suspect any unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately at support@teraboxdl.site.

4. Subscriptions, Payments, & Billing Partners

We offer paid subscription plans based on daily API request quotas (Starter, Professional, and Enterprise). Payments are billed in advance on a recurring monthly cycle.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and billing merchant, Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"). Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides customer service inquiries and handles returns. Your billing statement will show charges as "PADDLE*" or similar. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Paddle’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy in addition to our Terms.

Your subscription automatically renews each month unless cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your developer dashboard settings or by contacting our support team.

5. Service Availability & Modifications

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service depends on third-party networks, cookie rotations, and proxy availability. We reserve the right to temporarily modify, suspend, or discontinue all or any part of the Services with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modifications, suspensions, or service interruptions.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE API WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR ACCURATE, OR THAT THE METADATA RETRIEVED WILL ALWAYS BE COMPLETE.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL AR DIGITAL SERVICES, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE API OR SERVICES, REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICES IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Uttar Pradesh, India for resolving any such disputes.
