• Payment Metadata: Transaction logs, billing history, subscription plan type, and order IDs. Note that we do NOT collect or store your payment card number or security codes (CVV) on our servers.
• Technical Device Data: IP address, browser type, operating system version, and dashboard access timestamps.

• Creating and managing your developer dashboard account.
• Provisioning API subscription quotas and verifying X-Signature headers.
• Processing transactions and verifying payments in partnership with our billing partners.
• Monitoring system health, identifying botting/abuse, and enforcing rate limits.
• Communicating with you regarding system updates, security alerts, and support responses.

3. Payment Processing & Third-Party Resellers

Our billing and payment checkout process is handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"). Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all orders placed on our website.

When you make a purchase, your transaction details (email, card details, name, and country) are collected directly by Paddle. Paddle uses this data for fraud prevention, tax compliance, and payment settlement. They share only transaction metadata (such as your name, email, purchased plan, and order ID) back with us to verify your purchase and enable your API key. 4. Cookies & Browser Storage

We use standard, functional cookies and local browser storage (such as localStorage) on our dashboard to maintain your logged-in session, remember user authentication tokens, and preserve dashboard theme settings. We do not use cookies to build user advertising profiles or track your activity across unrelated websites.

5. Data Security & Retention

We use commercial-grade security controls (HTTPS encryption, database access tokens, and API key signatures) to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or theft. We retain your personal data and account logs only for as long as your subscription is active, or as required by applicable tax, fraud prevention, and audit laws.

6. International Data Transfers

By using our Services, you understand and consent to your information being processed and transferred to servers located in India and globally by cloud providers (such as Cloudflare and MongoDB Cloud) which host our infrastructure. We implement data safety measures to protect transferred data.

Depending on your location, you may have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), or other local regulations. These rights include:

• Accessing a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
